Who sees what
What each person can see about a student’s account. Students must be 13 or older.
Today only the student sees their account. Tutors’ views open on Nov 23, 2026 and parents’ on Dec 14, 2026, with these limits.

- Nobody sees a birth year in the app. Only our server reads it, for the age check.
- Parents see effort and progress: minutes, questions done and progress since the Starting Point. Never each answer, never the chat.
- Tutors see progress and skills only, and only after they approve the student. Never the chat, never a parent's contact details.
- Our staff look only to answer a support request you make.
What we never do
- No ads.
- We never sell data.
- No third-party scripts on student pages.
- No accounts for anyone under 13.
