Our mistakes, every month

Every question is written by TestDayPass. When a student flags one, we check it: a Math question whose worked solution still holds stays in use; any other is re-checked within a day and left out of new reports wherever we can while we do. A flag from a tutor, or from two students, takes it out at once until a person decides. Every confirmed mistake is listed here, with how fast it came out, and the student who found it is thanked.

Before students see a question, it passes automated checks: Math answer keys are proved by computer algebra, and independent AI solvers work every question without seeing the answer. Expert human review is ongoing. For now our Reading and Writing checks come from one family of AI models; independent checks are being added.
